Shopping & Orders
Do you have a physical store?
We don't have a traditional retail store, however we do offer free private lingerie fittings at our Sunshine Coast studio by appointment and free virtual consultations via Zoom for customers anywhere in the world. We also attend selected events and exhibitions throughout the year. Visit our Appointments page to book a fitting or our Events page to see upcoming appearances.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods including all major credit cards, Afterpay, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay, Klarna and Zip. You can choose the payment method that works best for you at checkout.
Do you offer Gift Cards?
Yes, we offer digital gift cards in various amounts that can be combined. They are perfect for giving the gift of choice and can be used on any purchase from our store. Our gift cards are sent instantaneously and do not expire. Shop our Gift Cards.
Sizing & Fit
What sizes do you offer and how do I find my perfect size?
We stock a wide range of sizes from XS–4XL (approximately AU sizes 6–22), including a dedicated Curvy Collection. We also have detailed size guide to help you choose the best fit.

Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
Yes! We offer a hassle-free return for exchange or return policy. Final clearance items can only be returned for an exchange or credit. You can return or exchange items within 45 days of purchase, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. For hygiene purposes we ask you try with underwear under briefs. Should you need to return an item head to our Returns Portal. For more information please read our Returns Policy
Shipping
Do you offer International Shipping?
Yes, we ship worldwide! Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on your location. Please check our shipping information page for more details.
How discrete is your packaging?
We understand the importance of privacy. All our orders are shipped in biodegradable, plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents other than our brand name on the senders postage information 'The Blackmarket' ensuring your purchase remains discreet / a surprise.
How can I track my order?
We dispatch orders same day if purchased before 2pm AEST.
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our website or directly through the courier’s site. If you purchase via ShopPay you can check your orders progress at anytime in your account. Please be sure to check your spam/junk inbox and if you still don't have your delivery details - please don't hesitate to contact us.

How can I contact customer service?

Can I cancel or change an order after its been placed?
If you need to cancel or make changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be changed or canceled, however we can organise an exchange once you have received your order.
Do you have a loyalty or rewards program?
Yes, we do! Our loyalty program The Blackmarket Perks and Pleasures Club allows you to earn Pleasure Points on every purchase as well as when you review us, refer a friend and follow us on social media. Pleasure Points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders. Sign up today to start earning!
