We charge the following flat rates for parcels sent within Australia via Australia Post.

Standard Shipping (up to 5 kg) -  $10.95

Express Shipping (up to 5kg) -  $15.95

New Zealand

Standard Postage (up to 5kg) - $16.50

Express Postage (up to 5kg) - $27.00

Other International - AMERICAS, ASIA, EUROPE, AFRICA

Standard Postage (up to 5 kg) - $25.00

Express Postage (up to 5kg) - $38.00

DELIVERY TIME FRAMES

We cannot guarantee delivery times. However, you should receive your delivery within the following time frames. Please note that delays to services due to COVID19 are affecting postage times.

Standard Postage:

Australia (metro areas) - within 3 business days

Australia (regional) - 3 - 5 business days

Express Postage:

Australia (metro areas) - typically next business day if processed before 2pm.

Australia (regional) – 2 to 3 business days

International (Standard)  7-14 business days

International (Express) - 5 - 10 business days

Please note: The time frames above are estimates only. Occasionally there can be unforeseen delays. These time frames include the processing and packing time. We process orders between Monday to Friday and exclude public holidays in Queensland, Australia. If you make a purchase on a non-business day, we will process the purchase the following business day.

Orders are dispatched same day when processed before 2pm business days (Monday to Friday). Orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following business day. Please email us if you have a shipping enquiry sales@theblackmarket.net.au 

Delivery time frames for International orders are dependent on how long the parcel takes to clear in customs. This is out of our control. If you have not received your Items within our designated time frame, please email us your full name and order number and we will investigate on your behalf. 

We do not offer refunds or compensation for orders received outside these times. Delays are rare, but can happen unexpectedly. We will do our best to fix any issues that may arise in regards to your orders being delivered.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is packed and leaves our office, you will receive an automated email with your tracking details to track your parcel within the Australia Post network - www.auspost.com.au/track

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

All international orders are sent with Australia Post. All international orders are registered & require a signature upon delivery. In the event that an attempted delivery is made, you will be required to collect your item at your local post office. Customers will be responsible for any customs or import charges.

NOTE: Sometimes parcels can take longer than expected to arrive for international orders, depending on your postal service and customs clearance times.
