Return Window
We accept returns on eligible items within 45 days of delivery for online purchases.
This applies to change-of-mind returns, exchanges, and store credit requests, unless an item falls under the exclusions below.
Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, items must be:
• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
• With all tags attached
• Free from marks, makeup, perfume, or damage
• Returned with proof of purchase (order number)
All returns are inspected before approval.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Due to hygiene and safety standards, we cannot accept returns on:
• Briefs, G-strings, bodysuits worn without underwear
• Hosiery or stockings removed from packaging
• Intimate accessories
• Sale or clearance items (including Lucky Lasts)
• Items returned worn, washed, altered, or damaged
These exclusions do not apply if an item is faulty or not as described under Australian Consumer Law.
How to Return

Request your return via our Returns Portal using your order number and email.

Package your item securely.

Post your return to the address provided during the return process.
Return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend tracked postage, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
Refunds, Store Credit & Exchanges
• Approved returns are processed within 5 business days of receiving your item
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
• Store credit may be offered for eligible returns
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability
Store credits are issued as digital gift cards.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Your Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund for major faults.

The following terms apply specifically to customers located in New Zealand.
