We’re so excited to send our lingerie your way — but due to U.S. Customs regulations, all parcels are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).
This means:

  • You may be charged import duties or customs fees by U.S. Customs when your parcel arrives.

  • These fees are not collected by us and are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Charges can vary depending on the value and type of goods, and may be affected by recent tariff changes on apparel and lingerie manufactured in China.

We will always declare items clearly and legally, and we’re here to help if you have any questions before ordering.
